The city limits of Anaheim reach across Orange County, and include a diverse range of neighborhoods including historic district and modern construction. Downtown Anaheim includes three historic districts including the Anaheim Colony. Immediately South of Downtown Anaheim is a large, sprawling commercial area that includes Disneyland Resort, multiple hotels, two theme parks, and many retail complexes. To the east, Anaheim Canyon is an industrial district, Anaheim Hills which is a master-planned community, and open land east of Route 241.
